The training aimed to introduce the concept of 21st Century Skills to a group of university professors from Balti State University. The participants were equipped with a set of practical teaching and curriculum development tools necessary to prepare students to compete in a global economy that demands innovation. The training presented such tools as Case Studies, Project Based learning, Web Quests, and other modern teaching tools necessary to create a truly global and modern university level curricula. At the end of the training, the professors expressed great interest to continue their collaboration with IREX Moldova and other MUSKIE alumni by organizing another similar event in March, this time focused on Project Writing techniques for educational projects.
